2026 Home Tour Roster
2440 Chesterfield Ave.
Originally built in 1946, this home reflects both history and heartfelt personalization. The current owner, a Chantilly resident since 2003 and homeowner here since 2018, has infused the space with a distinctly floral and feminine aesthetic. As you move through the home, notice the florals climbing the staircase, graceful arched doorways, and a playful pink bar in the dining room. The screened-in porch — the owner’s favorite spot — offers a serene escape, while a spacious upstairs primary suite and a charming
guest suite with its own entrance provide comfort and privacy. It’s a home that feels both curated and welcoming, with personality in every corner.
2239 Laburnum Ave.
Purchased in 2014, this home has undergone a joyful transformation, with additions to the back and side creating an incredibly inviting space throughout the front and back. What truly sets it apart, however, is its unapologetic personality. Inspired by the owners’ favorite bars and gathering spaces, the home celebrates creativity at every turn. Look for the graffiti wall, a sticker wall, and a record room blending the couple’s collections from when they married. A tobacco sticks light fixture, a bar tucked beneath the stairs with Instax photo memories, and a lofted reading nook born from a last-minute idea all reflect a home that continues to evolve — layered, lively, and entirely one-of-a-kind.
2518 Shenandoah Ave.
Built in 1946, this charming mid-century home carries the quiet confidence of its era. Casey purchased the property in 2007 and has thoughtfully cared for it while preserving its original spirit. One of its most delightful features is the arched side screened-in porch — a cozy spot that feels made for slow mornings and relaxed evenings. The expansive backyard provides generous space for entertaining, play, or gardening, offering a surprising sense of openness. Even the original oil tank along the side of the home stands as a small but tangible reminder of its history. This home is a testament to simplicity, character, and steady stewardship.
2014 Bay Street
Originally built in 1935 in historic Elizabeth as a one-story home, this residence took on a second life when it was relocated to Chantilly in the 1970s. Since then, it has continued to evolve into a vibrant celebration of craftsmanship and character. A previous owner, a skilled woodworker, left behind thoughtful details that still shape the home’s warmth and texture today. Upon entering, guests are welcomed by “Moody’s Bar” on the left — an inviting first glimpse into the creativity that defines the space. Featured on Artfully Designed (HBO Max, Season 2), the home is a bold expression of color, pattern, and architectural detail. From layered moldings to richly curated rooms and a charming back porch retreat, every corner reveals something unexpected — and you may even be invited to cast a vote for your favorite wallpaper.
524 Lorna Street
Owned by the same couple since 1997 and thoughtfully rebuilt in 2018, this charming home blends timeless character with modern comfort. Nestled beneath mature trees and overlooking a serene nature preserve, the setting offers both privacy and a deep connection to the landscape. Inside, meaningful details reflect its story — from the original metal cabinetry preserved in the laundry room to a welcoming guest retreat affectionately known as the “Charlotte Room.” As you tour the home, be sure to look for the photograph of the original house, a nod to its history. The beautifully tiered patio and landscaped backyard create inviting spaces for gathering, while a heated soaking tub provides a cozy escape year-round.
2508 Shenandoah Ave.
This stunning Craftsman home makes a memorable first impression with its expansive front porch — a welcoming prelude to the warmth inside. A striking stained-glass feature along the staircase, lovingly relocated from the owners’ former Chicago home, adds a deeply personal touch. The home balances craftsmanship and comfort, from a fireplace tucked into the primary bath to a favorite gathering space above the garage. Outdoors, the backyard offers a peaceful yoga retreat, creating moments of calm amid everyday life. Every detail feels intentional, blending tradition with spaces designed for connection and restoration.
